New Membership 2027 Registration Forms

The Rockland Golf Club have updated all its membership registration forms. The new forms can be completed by the following methods:

    • Paper PDF version forms available to download (see links below)
    • Paper forms available at the Admin office

Adult Memberships

Instructions to complete and submit the manual PDF membership form:

    • Since this method is not interactive, you will need to print, complete manually and then sign the form.
    • For couples memberships (60 or 100 rounds):
      • You must select one of the appropriate couples membership options.
      • Ensure you complete the partner details section in the form.
    • When completing the “FINANCIAL SUMMARY” section, do not forget to include the following mandatory amounts:
      • For individual memberships:
        • Golf Canada Fee – $45 ($50.85 with tax)
      • For couple memberships:
        • Golf Canada Fee – $90 ($101.70 with tax)
    • You can then scan the form and send it to [email protected] or simply drop it off at the Admin office.

    Junior Membership
