SUMMARY:Men’s Match Play Championships
DESCRIPTION:MEN’S MATCH PLAY CHAMPIONSHIPS\nCOMPETITION DATES: From May to September.\nFORMAT: Match Play, Gross.\nELIGIBILITY:  All male members. You may register in only one of the following divisions: \nDivision 1: Open division (under 8) If a player with an index over 8 wishes to play in the open division please let Stanley Horton know.\nDivision 2: Individuals with indexes of between 8 and 12 \nDivision 3: Individuals with indexes of 12 or more.\nNote: Separate Divisions depend on number of entries in each division.\nENTRY: $10 with a 70/30 payout for 1st and 2nd\nDRAW: Random. The draw will be posted in the men’s locker room.\nRULES: Golf Canada and local rules.  All matches must be played within the time frame prescribed.\nTEE MARKERS: Division 1 matches are played from the blue tees, Division 2 (greens) and Division 3 (whites).\nSCORING:  Match play. Gross.\nTIES: Players will decide on the playoff format before beginning the match. Sudden death, 3, 6, 9, or 18 holes of extra play may be used.\nREGISTRATION: Deadline is Monday May 23\nREGISTRATION SIGN-UP: You may register on-line from home or on sign-up sheets available in the Men’s locker room and Pro-Shop\nNOTE: The winner of the Open division is automatically qualified for next years Men’s Intersectional team.\nCONTACT: Stanley Horton 613-240-6234\n
